Bananbröd med superfood-pulver

Banana bread with power kick

A super tasty fika bread that suits the whole family.


  • 3 chia eggs (3 tbsp chia seeds + 9 tbsp water)
  • 2 overripe bananas
  • 40 g melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 dl coconut flour
  • 2 dl gluten-free oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • Barely 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1-2 dl water/vegan milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Berry Beautiful

Do this

Mix everything in a mixer, put in a form with baking paper and put in an oven at 170 degrees for about 1 hour.

Tip! Let the bread stand for a couple of hours, because it can be perceived as a bit"doughy"if you cut it straight away.
