Blueberry muffins with magic mind

In today's recipe, we offer something truly magical, healthy and delicious banana muffins with an extra touch of Magic Mind! These muffins are perfect for a quick and nutritious morning snack or as a snack when you need an energy boost during the day. While they are simple to make, the result is amazingly flavorful and packed with goodness.

Ingredients (about 9 pieces)

  • 1-2 tsp Magic Mind
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds + 6 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 12 dl blueberriesr

Do this:

  • Set the oven to 250 degrees.
  • Then mix 2 tablespoons of chia seeds with 6 tablespoons of water. (Let the mixture swell for about 15 minutes before using it).
  • Mix together Magic Mind, bananas, chia seeds and baking powder into a batter.
  • Divide the batter into muffin tins, then add blueberries to each muffin.
  • Bake the muffins for about 7-9 minutes
