Fantastically good banana bread with Protein Power

Do you also want to be able to eat bread without feeling lowered and bloated? Here is a healthy and tasty bread that provides more energy with the help of Protein Power. Perfect alternative for breakfast or snack and also works as coffee bread for those who want to increase energy and reduce swelling in the stomach. Protein Power contains a high dose of protein and replenishes all the amino acids, vitamins, fibers and minerals that we need to get in.


  • 1 tbsp Protein Power
  • 2–3 bananas
  • 4 dl oatmeal (preferably gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 dl nuts of your choice (walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (for greasing the mold/plate)

Do this:

Mix chia seeds and water and let stand for at least 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix bananas and oatmeal in a bowl. Then stir in the remaining ingredients. Set the oven to 175 degrees. Grease a mold with coconut oil. Pour the batter into the mold, top with nuts or chia seeds and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Take the bread out and let it cool. Served in slices like bread, but also works great as coffee bread.
