Mättande mango-och hallonsmoothie

Satisfying mango and raspberry smoothie

Perfect breakfast or post-workout smoothie. Nutritious, protein-rich and filling!


  • 1 banana (preferably overripe, the riper the sweeter)
  • 1 dl frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 dl vegan protein yogurt
  • 1 tsp Hormone Harmony
  • Vegan milk

Do this:

Run all ingredients in a blender for at least 1 minute. Top with berries or seeds if desired.

Tip! It is also possible to replace Hormone Harmony with 1 teaspoon of Protein Power instead.
