Our protein-rich bread is just what you need! Preheat the oven to 180°C and let it bake for 1 hour for a perfect result.


- 500g creamy cottage cheese for high protein content

- 3 eggs for extra nutrition and energy

- 50g crispy sunflower seeds

- 300g oats for long-lasting satiety

- 1 tablespoon baking powder for airy consistency

- A pinch of salt for balanced flavor

- 50g omega-3-rich flaxseeds

- 50g pumpkin seeds for extra crunch and nutrition

-1 tbsp Protein Power or Hormone Harmony superfood powder mix.

Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter, bake in the oven in a bread pan or shape the dough into an oval on parchment paper. Bake at 180 degrees in the middle of the oven for about an hour.

Protein Power: 2 types of protein; hemp & pea protein, cocoa, cordyceps, and guarana.

Hormone Harmony: Ashwagandha, lucuma, maca, cinnamon, and goji berries.
