Having a smoothie ready in the fridge is a great way to get extra vitamins and minerals during stressful periods.

The following recipe is for about 2 glasses of smoothie

You will need:

- 1 banana

- 2 dl frozen mango

- 1 handful of spinach

- 1-2 tsp Hormone Harmony superfood

- 2 dl of any milk (oat, almond, coconut, etc)

- a few drops of lemon juice

Here's how to do it:

- Add all ingredients to a blender, mix in between and depending on the consistency you are looking for, adjust the amount of milk

- Pour into a glass and enjoy a green, nutritious smoothie

- A challenge you can give yourself is to drink the smoothie without any obligations or distractions but try to be in the present moment, which is important for stress management
