Relaxing smoothie with lemon balm

Did you know that lemon balm is good for stress, to improve sleep, increase our cognitive function and help with food digestion? In combination with our superfood mix Hormone Harmony, this smoothie is a great way to create balance and prepare the body for a new week.


  • 2 bananas
  • 1-2 tsp Hormone Harmony
  • 1-2 dl fresh lemon balm
  • 1 apple
  • 2 cm fresh ginger
  • 2 dl of water

Do this:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and run for at least 1 minute. Pour into a glass or bowl and top with berries and puffed quinoa.

Tip! You can easily replace the fresh lemon balm with other green leaves or herbs.
