Weekend bread with Hormone Harmony

Perfect bread for you who want to kick-start the weekend with something simple and homemade! Not only that, did you know that the superfood product Hormone Harmony helps to create an inner peace and focus.


  • 2 dl gluten-free oatmeal
  • 1 dl almond flour
  • 1 dl chickpea flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 tbsp fiber husk
  • 2 tsp Hormone Harmon y
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 dl vegetable milk

Do this

Set the oven to 180 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and then add the milk. Let the dough swell for about 15 minutes. Lightly moisten your hands with water and shape the dough into a loaf. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving. Tasty breakfast!

Tip! Bread should have an internal temperature of about 96 degrees when it is ready - try using the frying thermometer next time.
