Tree of Life Moringa

Moringa is the name of a tree that grows naturally in some parts of India, Asia and Africa. And it is a tree that is traditionally used in natural health to, among other things, support and maintain normal mental function.

How to use Moringa:

  • Moringa leaves, flowers and seeds can be used in food.
  • Moringa branches, bark and roots are used in some natural remedies.
  • Craving smoothies? This is because the leaves fit perfectly in a smoothie, or why not raw in a salad.

What is Moringa good for?

It is no coincidence that Moringa also goes by the name "Tree of Life" because it has been used for diabetes, inflammation, bacterial and viral infections, joint pain, heart problems and cancer. Moringa is exceptionally nutritious, not to mention its leaves, which contain more than 90 different nutrients in the form of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, omega fats and phytonutrients.

Here is a list of some of the nutritions:
  • A vitamin
  • B6 vitamin
  • C vitamin
  • Magnesium
  • Protein
  • Riboflavin

Can you eat it?

Of course you can! Moringa in powder form is a great way to help support your energy levels. The easiest way is to sprinkle the powder over a salad or why not mix it into a good smoothie?

However, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should wait to use this product. The same, of course, applies to people who take prescription drugs. Our tip is to always be in the habit of consulting your doctor before starting to use natural remedies, even if it is only intended as a supplement.
