A healthy cake for the entire family.
Recipe
- 3 chia eggs (Mix 3 tablespoons chia seeds + 9 tablespoons water)
- 2 ripe bananas
- 40 g melted coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 dl coconut flour
- 2 dl gluten-free oatmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-2 dl water / vegan milk
- 1/2 tbsp Berry Beautiful superfoodmix
Instructions
Mix everything in a blender, put in a form with parchment paper and place in the oven at 170 degrees for about 1 hour. Let the bread rest for a couple of hours - it can be a bit doughy if you cut it up immediately.
