How much green can you get in a power smoothie? This one takes 5 minutes to put in a blender and tastes as good as anything. In just one glass you get:
Recipe (2 large glasses or a large smoothie bowl)
- 2 bananas
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1 small piece of fresh turmeric
- 1 dl frozen mango
- 1 tbsp Health Haven superfood mix (Spirulina, matcha, lucuma, acerola, ginger)
- 2 dl of water
- Place all ingredients in a blender
- Run on smoothie function (if available)
- Drink and enjoy!
