How are superfoods used?
Superfood is actually a collective name for extremely nutritious diet, natural dietary supplement. The common denominator is that the high nutrient density comes from vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants. They are cornerstones for the body to function and feel good.
Lack of time and stressful days are often the reason why we prioritize health. The bad food today is easily available and cheap and often contains unnatural additives.
The challenge for many is to get enough antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. With our mixers, you get compressed nutrition in powder form, so that you can supplement your daily nutritional intake.

Some flavors may be unfamiliar in the beginning, and if you are new to superfood powder, we recommend that you always start with a small amount and taste it.

Choose your favorite mix and take about 1 tbsp and put in a blender. Mix with a banana, 1 dl berries and 2 dl water or milk (we use herbal). Mix and enjoy! If you want to experiment with flavors, try also mixing in e.g. a handful of spinach leaves, an avocado, some fresh ginger, fresh spices or nuts. I make a smoothie like this daily for breakfast and afternoon coffee.
A hot drink
All powder mixers can be mixed directly with water or milk (1/2 - 1 teaspoon) and drink, for example, instead of tea or coffee. Feel free to look at the product description to read more about the different flavors.
Since we do not add sugar or other flavor enhancers, some mixers require that you add natural sweetness in the form of fruit or eg raw honey. Our favorites are to take 1 tsp Hormone Harmony and mix in a cup of warm herbal milk with cinnamon and cardamom and 1 teaspoon of raw honey in the evening for a soothing effect.
Chia pudding with an extra boost
Take 3 tablespoons chia seeds and mix with herbal milk and 1 teaspoon of your favorite powder mix. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, or overnight. Top with fruit, berries or nuts.
Sprinkle with filet, porridge or salad
Take 1 teaspoon of your favorite powder mix and sprinkle over porridge or filet or over a salad. Can also be mixed with a salad dressing with e.g. oil, vinegar, lemon and green spices.
A healthier ice cream
Peel and slice 2 bananas and freeze them for at least 2 hours. Mix the frozen bananas with 1-2 teaspoons of your favorite mix (I usually take Berry Beautiful or Hormone Harmony) and possibly a teaspoon of raw honey or vanilla powder. Top with frozen berries and nuts.
