Chocolate-Banana Smoothie with Greek Yogurt

We love to get tips on new recipes, here’s a tip from Emma: 

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 dl Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 dl oat milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 teaspoon Hormone Harmony

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Place the banana, Greek yogurt, cocoa, oat milk, honey, and Hormone Harmony in a blender.
  3. Mix until everything is well combined and the consistency is smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust the sweetness with more honey if desired. Pour and enjoy your chocolatey smoothie!
