Protein & berry smoothie

A green protein-smoothie. In just one glass, you get all the essential amino acids, plenty of fibers, minerals and healthy omega-3 fats, vitamin C and the important antioxidants.

Recipe (2 large glasses or a large smoothie bowl)

  • 2 frozen bananas (frozen banana gives more fluff)
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 dl frozen blueberries
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Protein Power superfood mix (Hemp protein, pea protein, cocoa, cordyceps, guarana)
  • 2 dl vegan milk


  • Put all the ingredients in a blender
  • Run on smoothie function (if available)
  • Top with berries and nuts
  • Drink and enjoy!

Great as a start to the day, as a quick lunch or after a workout!
