Superfood & Berries started in Stockholm in 2020 and is now run by Peter, inspired by Maria's personal health journey and her deep commitment to nutrition, ingredients, and well-being.

What began as a need to better understand the body grew into an idea of making nutritious, well-considered choices more accessible in everyday life.

For several years, Maria had struggled with chronic health challenges, including the thyroid, urethritis, and Raynaud's syndrome. By eating clean food without additives, cutting out gluten and dairy products, and strengthening her body with her own superfood mixes, Maria got well again. Both Peter and Maria put a lot into healthy eating, exercise, and well-being, and we are passionate about sharing our knowledge and experience. We hope to help others eat their way to better health. Most people eat far too little fruit and vegetables today, and our busy everyday lives often mean we put our health last. Much of the food sold today is processed, fast food, or food with added sugar and other unnatural ingredients that do not give the body enough nutrition.

A lack of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants is in itself a health risk. The purpose of Superfood & berries is to make it easy to eat good, nutritious food and, in turn, feel good. Simply a great complement to daily nutrition, natural, organic & vegan. All our products are 100% organic. We are certified through SMAK, SE-EKO-03 and all our products are third-party tested to ensure quality.

The advantage of buying ready-made blends at superfood is that you don't have to search through a jungle of products with complicated names. Here you get them pre-mixed and ready to use based on different needs, e.g. for normal hormone balance, stomach etc.
