Exchanges & returns

We always give you a 30-day open purchase policy. This means that within 30 days after purchasing any of our products, you can contact us and get your money back.

Here’s how to make an exchange or return:

• For returns or exchanges, you must notify us that you want to return the products. The message should be sent to: hej@superfoodandberries.se
• Your message should clearly state your name, address, mobile number, email address, order number, and which products the return concerns.
• You should immediately, and no later than 30 days after the withdrawal notice, return the products to us.
• As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping and handling of the products when returning; therefore, the products should be well packaged and in their original packaging. We will send you a return label with clear instructions via email.
• We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the item for used or damaged products from the refund amount.
• For product exchanges, you as the customer are responsible for the shipping cost of the new product.

Exchanges and the right of withdrawal do not apply in the following cases:

• The right of withdrawal does not apply if the item’s seal has been broken, for goods that can quickly deteriorate or have passed their best-before date, goods that have been specially manufactured according to your instructions, or if all labels on the item are not intact.
