What sets your superfood apart from others?

We are very careful about the quality of our superfood. Our superfood blends consist of ingredients that are 100% organic, natural, gluten-free, and vegan. They contain no additives, no sweeteners, no added sugar, no added flavors, or anything else unnatural. Just pure ingredients from nature! Each superfood mix is designed to help and strengthen the body in various ways.
 

 

• We are very strict about quality and with us, you will always find only organic products. 
• All our raw materials undergo thorough testing to ensure that they are 100% pure.
• You should know what you are paying for and exactly what is in our mixers! That is why we always specify how many percent of each ingredient there is. If it says that the product contains, for example, 35% Spirulina as in our Health Haven, then it does.
• We are also certified by TASTE, SE-EKO-03.

Are your products organic?

Absolutely! All our products are 100% organic. We are certified by SMAK, SE-EKO-03 and all our products are tested by a third party to ensure quality. 

How does your superfood taste? 

All our powder mixes have different flavor profiles that you can easily read about on the product page. If you are new to superfood powders, we always recommend starting with a smaller amount and tasting your way forward. It is important to know that none of our products contain added sugar or other flavor enhancers, which means that some may find the taste a bit unusual at first.

Why should I eat superfood?

Only two out of ten eat enough fruits and vegetables today. Lack of time and stressful days are often the reason we prioritize our health lower. Unhealthy food is now easily accessible and cheap, and often contains unnatural additives. The challenge for many is to get enough antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins. What is superfood good for?

Superfood is an easy way to get varied nutrition every day. Our powder mixes are created to help and strengthen the body based on different needs. Superfood is therefore raw materials with extremely high nutritional content that contribute to providing the body with an abundance of essential nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, and fatty acids. If you consume superfood regularly, it can have various effects; some protect your body from the inside, while others strengthen and heal. Some superfoods have an immediate effect, while others are more long-term for the body.

How do I use superfood?

See the powders as a complement to your daily nutrient intake, and use them in the way that suits you best and based on the flavors that appeal to you. Our powder mixes can advantageously be consumed daily by, for example, sprinkling them over yogurt, porridge, salad dressings, or in a smoothie. In our recipe blog, you will find plenty of delicious recipe that you can make use of. 

Can the powder mixers be mixed with just water? 

All powder mixers can be easily mixed directly with just water, but they can also be mixed with milk, juice, or whatever suits your taste and lifestyle best. You can also use our powder mixers as a substitute for, for example, tea or coffee. You can also sprinkle the powder directly on your porridge or yogurt.

Do you use sweeteners?

No, we do not! We do not add any extra sugar, sweeteners, or other flavor enhancers to our powder mixes. But you can choose to add natural sweetness in the form of fruit or, for example, raw honey. 

Can the products be heated up?

The powder mixers can withstand being heated, fried, or boiled, but like, for example, honey, the powder mixers lose some of their beneficial effects if the temperature exceeds 40 degrees.

Can I use multiple products at the same time?

Of course you can! Our products are specifically designed to help you maintain the body's normal function. We recommend that you start by selecting the powder mixes that are relevant to you and your needs, then you can combine them in the way that best fits into your daily life.

What happens if I take too much?

The daily recommended dose is 1-2 teaspoons of the powder mix. If you happen to take too much, i.e., more than the daily recommended dose, it doesn't matter. The only thing that happens is that your body may not be able to absorb all the beneficial substances.

Which supplement is good to start with?

It is fine to start with any of them, as long as you don't have any specific needs. In the winter, we recommend Berry Beautiful as it contains a lot of vitamin C and also Detox Deluxe for a strong immune system.

Can I use your products if I am allergic? 

None of our products contain any allergens such as nuts, dairy products, or gluten. We have also created a complete list of the ingredients that each product contains in percentage, so you can easily see what each powder mix contains. But always read the ingredient list carefully or consult your doctor if you are unsure before you start using our powder mixes. 

How long does an unopened package last?

An unopened and opened package that is stored dry and cool. Each package also has a best before date. Often, the products remain good even after the best before date.

How long do your products last?

The recommended dose is 1-2 teaspoons daily and we offer two sizes of our products, 200 g (about 40 teaspoons) or 400 g (about 80 teaspoons). The 200 g product packaging lasts for about 30 days while the 400 g packaging lasts for about 60 days.

How do I store my powder mixes?

Our packaging should be stored dry and cool to maintain its best before date.

How quickly will I see results? 

Since our products are natural supplements, the response may vary depending on what your body needs. However, you should still be able to feel the desired effect after a few weeks. 

Are all products vegan?

Yes, all our products are 100% vegan.

Are all products gluten-free?

Yes, all our products are 100% gluten-free.

Can pregnant women use all products?

Spirulina and Ashwagandha It is not recommended for pregnant women, which means that as a pregnant woman you should not use the products Hormone Harmony and Detox Deluxe. However, we recommend that you always consult your doctor before trying our products. 

Do the products contain caffeine?

We have two products that contain natural caffeine and they are the products Protein Power and Health Haven. Protein Power contains the natural caffeine Guarana as often used to help maintain normal mental performance. While Health Haven contains Macha which is a stone-ground green tea that, unlike other types of caffeine, has a more slowly acting, invigorating, and harmonious effect on the body.

How do you recycle your packaging?

Our packaging is sorted as metal and cardboard. It's easy! The cardboard is placed separately and then sort the metal lid separately. At the recycling stations, machines take care of separating the materials, which facilitates the process and contributes to an efficient recycling system. Läs mer here.

Help, I accidentally wrote the wrong address on my order, what do I do now?

If you discover that your address has been entered incorrectly, we ask you to contact us via hej@superfoodandberries.seWe can then determine where in the handling process your order is and if it is still possible to make any address changes.

Can I track my order? 

After you have placed your order, you will be notified via email or SMS about the location of your package. If you need help tracking your shipment or have other questions, you are always welcome to contact us via hej@superfoodandberries.se. Remember to include your order number so that we can assist you more easily in handling your case.

How long does delivery take?

We try to ship your products within 24 hours, on weekdays. Our normal delivery times are 2-5 weekdays with Early Bird, DHL, PostNord.
