What sets your superfood apart from others?

We are very careful about the quality of our superfood. Our superfood blends consist of ingredients that are 100% organic, natural, gluten-free, and vegan. They contain no additives, no sweeteners, no added sugar, no added flavors, or anything else unnatural. Just pure ingredients from nature! Each superfood mix is composed to help and strengthen the body in different ways.
 

 

• We are very careful about quality, and with us you will always find only organic products.
• All our ingredients undergo thorough testing to ensure they are 100% pure.
• You should know what you are paying for and exactly what is in our mixes! That is why we always state how many percent of each ingredient there is. If it says the product contains, for example, 35% Spirulina as in our Health Haven, then it does.
• We are also certified via SMAK, SE-EKO-03.

 

Are your products organic?

Absolutely! All our products are 100% organic. We are certified via SMAK, SE-EKO-03 and all our products are tested by third parties to ensure quality.

 

What does your superfood taste like?

All our powder mixes have different flavor profiles that you can easily read about on the product page. If you are new to superfood powder, we therefore always recommend that you start with a smaller amount and work your way up by tasting. Important to know is that none of our products contain added sugar or other flavor enhancers, which means some people find the taste a little unusual at first.

 

Why should I eat superfood?

 

Only two in ten people eat enough fruit and vegetables today. Lack of time and stressful days are often the reason we put health second. Unhealthy food is now easy to access, cheap, and often contains unnatural additives. The challenge for many is getting enough antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins. With our mixes, you get concentrated nutrition in powder form, so you can supplement your daily intake of nutrients. Our superfood powder suits everyone, both young and old, and anyone who wants to get good nutrition in an easy way, as a natural dietary supplement.

 

What is superfood good for?

Superfood is an easy way to get varied nutrition every day. Our powder mixes are created to help and strengthen the body based on different needs. Superfood is therefore ingredients with extremely high nutritional content that help provide the body with an abundance of important nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, and fatty acids. If you eat superfood regularly, it can have different effects; some protect your body from the inside, while others strengthen and heal. Some superfoods work immediately, while others have a more long-term effect on the body.

How do I use superfood?

Think of the powders as a complement to your daily nutrient intake, and use them in the way that suits you best and based on the flavors you prefer. Our powder mixes can be enjoyed daily by, for example, sprinkling them over filmjölk, porridge, salad dressings, or in a smoothie. In our recipe blog you will find lots of delicious recipes that you can use. 

Can the powder mixes be mixed with just water? 

All powder mixes can be mixed directly with just water, but they can also be mixed with milk, juice, or whatever suits your taste and lifestyle best. You can also use our powder mixes as a substitute for, for example, tea or coffee. You can also sprinkle the powder directly on your porridge or filmjölk.

Do you use sweeteners?

No, we do not! We do not add any extra sugar, sweeteners, or other flavor enhancers to our powder mixes. But you can choose to add natural sweetness yourself in the form of fruit or, for example, raw honey. 

Can the products be heated?

The powder mixes can be heated, fried, or boiled, but like honey, for example, the powder mixes lose some of their beneficial effects if the temperature exceeds 40 degrees.

Can I use several products at the same time?

Of course you can! Our products are specifically developed to help you maintain the body's normal function. We recommend that you start by selecting the powder mixes that are relevant to you and your needs, then you can combine them in whatever way fits best into your everyday life.

What happens if I take too much?

The daily recommended dose is 1-2 tsp of the powder mix. If you happen to take too much, i.e. more than the daily recommended dose, that is no problem. The only thing that happens is that your body may not be able to absorb all the beneficial nutrients.

Which supplement is good to start with?

It is fine to start with any of them, as long as you do not have any specific needs. In winter, we recommend Berry Beautiful as it contains a lot of vitamin C, and also Detox Deluxe for a strong immune system.

Can I use your products if I have allergies? 

None of our products contain any allergens such as nuts, dairy products, or gluten. We have also created a complete list of which ingredients each product contains by percentage, so you can easily see what each powder mix contains. But always read the ingredient list carefully or consult your doctor if you are unsure before you start using our powder mixes. 

How long does an unopened package last?

An unopened and opened package stored in a dry and cool place. Each package also states a best-before date. Often the products last even after the best-before date

How long do your products last?

The recommended dose is 1-2 tsp daily and we offer two sizes of our products, 200 g (approx. 40 tsp) or 400 g (approx. 80 tsp). The 200 g package therefore lasts for about 30 days, while the 400 g package lasts for about 60 days.

How should I store my powder mixes?

Our packages should be stored in a dry and cool place so they last until the best-before date.

How quickly will I see results? 

Since our products are natural supplements, the answer can vary depending on what your body needs. But you should still be able to notice the desired effect after a few weeks. 

Are all products vegan?

Yes, all our products are 100% vegan.

Are all products gluten-free?

Yes, all our products are 100% gluten-free.

Can pregnant women use all products?

Spirulina and Ashwagandha are not recommended for pregnant women, which means that if you are pregnant you should not use the Hormone Harmony and Detox Deluxe products. But we still recommend that you always consult your doctor before trying our products. 

Do the products contain caffeine?

The only ingredient in our range that contains naturally occurring caffeine is Ilex guayusa, which is used in selected products such as Wake-up Wonder.

The other ingredients in our range are caffeine-free.

How do I recycle your packaging?

Our newer packages are sorted as metal and cardboard. It is easy! The cardboard is placed separately and then the metal lid is sorted separately. At recycling stations, machines handle separating the material, which simplifies the process and contributes to an efficient recycling system. Read more here.

Can I cancel my order? 

As long as we have not yet started processing or shipped your order from our warehouse, we should be able to help you cancel it. But always contact us via hej@superfoodandberries.se to see how we can help you with your case. 

Help, I accidentally entered the wrong address on my order, what do I do now?

If you discover that your address has been entered incorrectly, please contact us via hej@superfoodandberries.se. We can then determine where your order is in the handling process and whether it is still possible to make any address changes.

Can I track my order? 

After you have placed your order, you will be notified by email or text message about where your package is. If you need help tracking your shipment or have other questions, you are always welcome to contact us via hej@superfoodandberries.se. Remember to include your order number so we can help you more easily with your case.

How long does delivery take?

We try to ship your products within 24 hours, on weekdays. Our normal delivery times are 2-5 weekdays with Citymail, Shenken, PostNord. If there should be any delays in your delivery (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), you can easily contact us at hej@superfoodandberries.se.
