When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, i.e. open purchase, which applies from the moment you have received an item that you have ordered.

Here's how to make an exchange or return:

• When returning or exchanging, you must notify us that you regret it. The message must be sent to:hej@superfoodandberries.se
• In your message, your name, address, mobile number, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
• You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
• You as the customer are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
• From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product.
• When changing a product, you as the customer are responsible for the shipping of the new product.

Replacement and Right of Cancellation do not apply in the event of:

• The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has a broken seal, for products that can quickly deteriorate or have passed their best-before date, products that have been specially manufactured according to your instructions or if all of the product's labels are not still attached.
