Autumn brings with it an enchanting beauty, but also a challenge in the form of reduced energy when darkness takes over. The shorter days and longer nights affect our mood and motivation. The cold makes it tempting to crawl under the covers and stay there. So here are 3 tips on how to find your energy this autumn!
If you fill your car with the wrong fuel, it cannot be driven. The same goes for your body. Avoid sugar and fast food, which is often low in nutrients.
