5 tips to get started with superfood

Introducing superfoods into your diet is giving your body a clean and nutritious boost. Here are five tips to kick-start your journey with superfoods.
1. Include them in your morning routine: The easiest way to make superfoods a part of your daily routine is to include them in your breakfast. Add 1-2 teaspoons of Superfood to your yogurt or smoothie for a good start to the day.
