Smoothie recipe:
- 1 frozen banana (frozen banana gives a fluffier texture)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1-2 tsp Belly Boost
Chia Pudding:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 dl coconut milk
Alternate granola, fresh fruit, chia pudding and Belly Boost smoothie. Top with raspberries!
