This smoothie is perfect to start the day with, especially when you want a healthy but quick meal. It takes no more than five minutes to make and with just a few ingredients you have a great breakfast filled with vitamins, minerals and proteins. Just put the ingredients in a blender for at least a minute. Top with berries or nuts and drink immediately:
- 1 tbsp ProteinPowers
- 1 banana
- 1 dl frozen blueberries
- 2 dl water or vegan milk
Mix and enjoy! If you want to experiment with flavors, try mixing in a handful of spinach leaves, an avocado, some fresh ginger, fresh spices or nuts.
