A green shot a day is good for the stomach. Our green mix Health Haven is packed with superfoods that provide a concentrated dose of fibre, protein, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. By starting the day with a green shot, you support the intestines and contribute to a good Ph balance in the body.

Prescription

1 tsp Health Haven
1 dash of fresh lime/lemon juice (removes the"green"taste)
1-2 dl water

Do this
Mix all ingredients in a glass and drink immediately. It's actually not more difficult than that!
