Is there anything better than a healthy ice cream? Simple, good and can be varied according to taste.

Peel and slice 2 bananas and freeze them for at least 2 hours. Mix the frozen bananas with 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite superfood and possibly a teaspoon of raw honey or vanilla powder. Top with frozen berries and nuts. Eat and enjoy!
