Berry & destress smoothie

Smoothies are the perfect breakfast, coffee, lunch or supper. Works at any time of the day, is quick to make and is packed with benefits that the body can easily absorb. This is an obvious meal or snack that also helps the body to sleep deeply and counteracts the stress reaction. Also strengthens the thyroid gland and fills up with important vitamins.
Recipe (2 large glasses or a large smoothie bowl)
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp Hormone Harmony
- 1/2 dl (gluten-free) oatmeal
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/dl frozen raspberries
- 2 dates (optional)
- 2 dl plant-based milk
Do this
Place all ingredients in a blender. Run on smoothie function (if available). Top with berries and nuts. Drink and enjoy!
Tip! If you want to make a nice kiwi decoration, peel and cut the kiwi into thin slices. Put on the side of the glass and pour!
