Pink Power Bowl
Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients – base
1 frozen banana (cut into pieces the night before)
1 dl frozen raspberries or strawberries
0,5 -1 dl coconut milk (canned for a creamier texture)
1 tsp Heavenly Her
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)

Toppings – choose what you like
Fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, sliced strawberries)
Coconut flakes
Toasted pumpkin seeds
Granola crumble
Thinly sliced kiwi
An extra pinch of Heavenly Her for a lovely color

How to make it
1. Blend the base. Add the frozen banana, berries, coconut milk, and Heavenly Her to a blender. Blend for 20–30 seconds until the mixture is thick and smooth. It should be thicker than a smoothie — almost like sorbet.
2. Pour into a bowl. Use a spatula to get everything out and pour the mixture into a deep bowl.
3. Top with care. Arrange the toppings in rows or circles for a pretty result — or top freely if you're on the go.
4. Serve immediately. The bowl tastes best fresh when the base is still cold and creamy.

Tips & variations
More filling? 💜 Stir 1 tbsp almond butter into the base before blending.

Protein boost? 💜 Add 1 dl plain quark or coconut yogurt directly to the bowl under the base.

More flavor? 💜 A pinch of vanilla and ½ tsp grated ginger root will lift the flavors.

Prep the night before? Freeze the banana and berries in portion bags so the base is ready to blend in the morning.

Why Heavenly Her?
Heavenly Her contains seven organic ingredients — red maca, rose hips, beetroot, alfalfa sprouts, lucuma, kale, and spinach — which together provide a naturally broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals. The beetroot and rose hips contribute to the beautiful pink color, while lucuma adds a naturally mild sweetness.
