Carrot smoothie with magic mind

Fantastically good smoothie that helps to maintain a good immune system and to maintain the normal cognitive functions of the brain; focus, memory and concentration.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Magic Mind
- 1 carrot
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 2 oranges
Do this:
- Prepare the carrot by peeling it and cutting it into thin slices. If using fresh ginger, grate it coarsely.
- Boil some water and add the carrot and ginger, which is allowed to boil until the carrot is completely soft.
- When the carrot is done, drain the water and let the carrot and ginger cool to room temperature.

Squeeze the juice from the orange and pour it into a liter measure.

Add the cooked and cooled carrot slices and the ginger to the orange juice.

Use a blender to blend everything to a smooth and even consistency. If the mixture becomes too thick, you can add a little water to reach the desired consistency.

Then enjoy a fantastically good smoothie!
