One smoothie a day, alternate with this wonderful green smoothie.
For 2 people
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1-2 tspHealth Haven (orDetox Deluxe)
- Fresh spinach (few handfuls) - good source of vitamins and minerals, including vitamins K, A and C, folate and iron.
- 1 Kiwi - extra vitamin C.
- 1 Avocado - good source of healthy fats, amount of important vitamins and minerals, such as A, C, E, K, B vitamins, magnesium, potassium and iron.
- Add liquid e.g. water.
Blend everything in a blender for a minute and enjoy.
