Green Detox Smoothie

A nutritious and refreshing smoothie that gives you and your body an energy boost – perfect for two people!
Recipe for 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons Detox Deluxe
- 2 dl fresh spinach or kale
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 dl frozen mango chunks
- 1 dl frozen blueberries
- 4 dl unsweetened almond milk (or another plant-based drink)
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1-2 teaspoons chia seeds (optional, for extra fiber and omega-3)
- Ice cubes (optional for a colder smoothie)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender: Detox Deluxe, spinach, banana, mango, blueberries, almond milk, and lemon juice.
- Blend on high speed until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust with more lemon juice if you prefer extra tanginess.
- Pour into two glasses and garnish with fresh berries, a sprinkle of chia seeds, or a few mint leaves for decoration.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips:
- For an even creamier smoothie, add 1 tablespoon of almond butter or avocado.
- Want it sweeter? Add a date or a drizzle of honey.
