Overnight oat with applesauce and berry beautiful

Ingredients (2 servings)
Apple sauce:
- 1 kg Swedish apples
- 1/2 cup water
- (Flavour with cinnamon stick if you like)
Overnight oats:
- 2 dl fiber oatmeal
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 4 dl oat drink
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 - 2 tsp Berry Beautiful
Do this
- Start by making the applesauce, then choose ripe apples.
- Peel and cut apples into wedges. Remove damaged parts and insect infestation.
- Put the apple wedges in cold water so they don't start to brown.
- Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring occasionally. The apples must not be burned. Do this until the apples are soft.
- Then puree the apple wedges in a food processor. Or mash with a ladle.
- Pour into jars and let cool. Freeze the leftovers!
- Now you can start with Overnight oat, by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Then leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve the Overnight oats with applesauce and other tasty accessories. Tip: Sprinkle some extra cinnamon when serving!
