Pineapple & strawberry smoothie

This smoothie is perfect for both adults and children, filled with exotic flavors. Not only that, it's also a tasty and healthy snack that got top marks from my teenage daughter and her friend.
Ingredients (enough for 2 glasses):
- 1/2 fresh pineapple
- 2 dl frozen strawberries (or fresh)
- 2 dl cold water
- 1/2 lime
- 1 tsp Berry Beautiful
Clean the strawberries (if fresh), frozen is my favorite as you get a lovely cold smoothie. Split the pineapple, cut away the peel/leaves and the hard part in the middle. Add the pineapple, strawberries and Berry Beautiful to the mix. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice, removing the seeds first. Blend everything into a wonderful super-smoothie. Just to enjoy!
Tip! Here comes some fun facts. Did you know that the recipe is packed with C vitamins? It also contains bromelain, which is an enzyme that is said to be good for, for example, the stomach, blood pressure and sinuses, and which counteracts inflammation of organs.
