Gluten-free Pancakes with superfood

Who doesn't love pancakes? And even better if they are as tasty as they are healthy. Here we have given them an extra dose of nutrition with our superfood mixes Protein Power and Hormone Harmony.
Ingredients:
- 3 dl flour
- 2 dl oat flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 4 dl oat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A little salt
- 1 tbsp Protein Power
- 1 tsp Hormone Harmony
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Fry in butter. Top with whipped oat cream, raspberries and raspberry jam.
