Quick lunch with Protein Power

A nutritious smoothie bowl filled with green proteins and vitamins - perfect as a quick lunch or after training. This one takes 5 minutes to put in a blender and tastes as good as anything. In just one glass you get all the essential amino acids, plenty of dietary fibre, minerals and healthy omega-3 fats, vitamin C and the important antioxidants.
Recipe (2 large glasses or a large smoothie bowl)
- 2 frozen bananas (the frozen banana gives more fluff)
- 1 tbsp Protein Power
- 1 dl (gluten-free) oatmeal
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 dl plant-based milk
Do this
Place all ingredients in a blender. Run on smoothie function (if available). Top with berries and nuts. Eat and enjoy!
