
Raspberry dream full of vitamins and fibers

Absolutely wonderful Raspberry Dreams, perfect for sweet cravings, after training, or as a weekend treat. We thank Henriette for the recipe and inspiration, you can follow her at @littlehealthlab on Instagram.Â
- 2 1/2 dl thawed frozen raspberries
- 2 1/2 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl grated coconut
- 6 dates
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tbsp Magic Mind, or any superfood powder mix of your choice (also works great with Belly Boost, where raspberry star anise pairs perfectly).Â
Roll into about 10 equally sized balls in grated coconut.
Can be stored in the fridge for up to five days or in the freezer.Â
