Scones with the taste of summer

If you are looking for a bread with the flavors of summer, this is the recipe for you! With just a few ingredients, Hormone Harmony and fresh berries, you can with simple means experience a feeling of calm, focus and berries in the taste.
Ingredients (6pcs)- 4 dl gluten-free oat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tsp Hormone Harmony
- 0.5 dl dried berries and fruits (e.g. strawberries, raspberries or apricots)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 dl oat milk
- 50 g plant-based cooking fat (e.g. coconut fat)
Set the oven to 250 degrees. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl. Melt the shortening and then add the milk. Mix all the ingredients (dry and wet) to a smooth batter (it may feel a little sticky). Spread the batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 12-15 minutes.
Tip! Use a toothpick to feel when the scones are dry in the middle. Then it's time to take them out of the oven.
