Belly Boost is a superfood mix of seven carefully selected ingredients that contribute to maintaining a normal balance in the stomach and intestines. All ingredients have a low FODMAP and are also suitable for IBS complaints.

Tips for recipes:
Belly Boost Chai latte
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Belly Boost superfood mix
- 2 dl warm oat milk (or the milk you prefer) cinnamon and cardamom to taste
Do this:
Heat and froth the milk. Mix in Belly Boost powder and top with spices to taste. Drink and enjoy!
Raw balls
Ingredients (about 15 raw balls):
- 125 g cashew nuts (can be exchanged for other nuts)
- 200 g dates
- 1 tablespoon Belly Boost superfood mix
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
Do this:
Run the nuts in a blender until they become crumbs. Mix in dates, superfood mix and cocoa. Run in the mixers until they become a crumbly mass. Roll in coconut. Then store them in the fridge. Ready to be tasted!
Tip! You can easily replace the coconut with another flavoring of your choice if you want to create variety.
