Health Haven is a special blend of the algae spirulina and four other superfoods used in natural health to strengthen the immune system and reduce inflammation. This mix also provides a concentrated dose of fibre, protein, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana
4 dl frozen mango
2 dl frozen pineapple
1 frozen cube (ice cube) passion fruit
1-2 dl oatmeal
1 tsp Health Heaven

Do this:

Blend all ingredients until it becomes a smooth smoothie. Pour into a glass or bowl. Ready to be enjoyed!
