These bars taste just like snickers, yum!
Perfect as a snack, when the sweet tooth kicks in or why not in connection with training
For this super bar you only need 6 ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons superfood protein powder
- 1.5 dl oat flour
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 14 dates
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 100 g dark chocolate
How to use:
1. Mix peanut butter and dates to a paste in a food processor
2. Mix the flour and protein powder with about 1 dl of the date mass to form a malleable mass
3. Flatten the malleable mass into a mold
4. Put the date mass on top
5. Sprinkle on peanuts
6. Melt chocolate and cover the entire cake
7. Place in the freezer for about 1 hour
