5 tips to find YOUR flow after vacation
Share
Summer has been longed for. Bright evenings, days off and maybe a bit more freedom in both routines and diet. But when autumn arrives the contrast can feel large. Everyday life speeds up, energy wavers and it’s easy to get stuck in old patterns – sometimes without even noticing.
But what if we see autumn as a chance to restart? A time to create rhythm, nourishment and inner balance – without bans, without performance. Just a gentle return to habits that support both body and mind.
Here are five tips to help you land in a calm, pleasant flow even after vacation – and create a sustainable foundation from the inside out.
1.Return to rhythm – not routine
During vacation the daily rhythm often blurs. Reintroducing regular meals, bedtimes and screen-free rest in the evening can make a big difference to your inner calm.
Tip: Start by having breakfast at roughly the same time each day and take a short walk in daylight in the morning. It helps the body set its natural circadian rhythm.
2. Build your meals like a rainbow plan
Fill your plate with colors and variety – preferably vegetables, berries, seeds and natural fats. The National Food Agency recommends 500 grams of fruit and vegetables per day – and there’s a reason for that: Fiber, antioxidants and micronutrients are crucial for both the immune system, blood sugar and gut flora.
Try this: Swap your breakfast bread for a warm porridge with berries, nuts and a teaspoon of Berry Beautiful for extra vitamin C and fiber. Or try a green smoothie with spinach, lemon, banana and Superfood & Berries Detox Deluxe which contains spirulina, chlorella etc.
3. Move as a form of recovery
Getting started with exercise doesn’t have to mean hard workouts. Instead you can see movement as a way to calm the nervous system and increase circulation.
Suggestions for movement with a calming effect:
- A short walk after lunch
- Yin yoga or stretching in the evening
- Dance to a song you love in the kitchen!
Research shows that low-intensity movement can have at least as much positive effect on mental well-being as high-intensity training – especially when we are stressed.
4. Replace coffee – keep the clarity
After vacation it’s common to increase coffee consumption to “get going”. But caffeine stresses the adrenals and can give temporary energy at the expense of long-term balance.
Try instead:
👉 Wake Up Wonder – a caffeine-free alternative that perks you up with adaptogens like chaga, reishi, cacao and ginger.
Many describe it as a new favorite in the morning routine, where focus and energy can be present – without the caffeine crash.
5. Strengthen from within with superfoods – every day
Superfoods are not a miracle cure – but they can be powerful complements to a healthy lifestyle. Some, like maca and reishi, have traditionally been used to support hormone balance and recovery. Others, like spirulina, are packed with protein, iron and B vitamins.
Start small:
- A teaspoon of Hormon Harmony with maca in your smoothie
- A little Berry Beautiful with baobab in your porridge
- Alternatively to coffee with Wake Up Wonder with reishi

Final thought 💛
You don’t have to change everything. It’s enough to choose one thing – that feels kind to your body – and start there. Whether it’s a warm cup of superfood in the morning, a green smoothie or an evening walk in the drizzly rain, every step is a choice for your well-being.
🍂 This autumn isn’t about performing. It’s about landing.
